My wife Dedra has a magical touch in the kitchen—she can turn any dish into something extraordinary, adding that southern taste of love to every bowl and pan. We started by catering for small and large events, and eventually launched our Food Truck business. Now, we’re out in DeSoto, Texas, serving up deliciousness Wednesday through Saturday.
